Before application, the surface should be clean, dry, and free of any dirt or contaminants. The application temperature must be a minimum of 60 ºF and rising, and it is best to avoid applying the product when the temperature is expected to drop below 50 ºF within a 24-hour period.

When mixing and applying this product, it is important to wear eye protection and gloves. In areas where dew or fog accumulates in the early evening, it is best to coat in the morning. Coating should be stopped by early afternoon (3:00 pm) to prevent wash-off, which will occur if dew, fog, or rain arrives before the coating dries. It is also advisable not to apply the product if rain is imminent or forecast within 24 hours of application.

The container should be stirred thoroughly before application. The product can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray (suggested tip size .017 to .021). Any tools used should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
